I started off by calling four or five different local companies to get a quote for junk silver coins. I only filtered map results for 4.5 ratings or above and ignored any with low rating volume. These guys location was the first I called because it was the easiest drive for my home. Right off the bat, Katrina was very personable and informative and gave me a quote that was above estimated dealer offer range for the spot price based on my research. Before I hung up, she made sure that if I got a better offer from somewhere else to call her back and see what they could work out. I continued to call my list of other companies, of which one was over $500 less than their quote, but I did find another company that had a different way of calculating, that equated to an offer of above $500 more than their original offer, but this felt like a possible bait and switch, as they immediately pushed to schedule an appointment and did not provide anywhere near as much information. The other 3 companies I called all needed appointments and had varying offers mostly slightly below TGST. So I called Katrina back, a few times, all of which she answered the call promptly. Other places had to transfer me or took a long time to figure out how to calculate the quote. She offered to meet the better deal I was offered. HOWEVER, something I had forgotten to consider, was a slight 2-3% reduction in weight due to coins being circulated old silver quarters, so the weight was lower than expected. They worked with me to get closer to my expectations and made a great offer, signed, and paid within 15 mins. After I got home I noticed that I had overlooked and miscommunicated the date and needed a new check, which they gladly accommodated same day. Couldn’t be happier with these guys and will definitely use them in the future for any similar needs and for jewelry purchases potentially… Super helpful, very informative, best payouts in town and better than most online! No appointments needed, quick and responsive! Most comfortable and trustworthy experience in this type of establishment!
